A very great hotel and a close walk to the mall and some other tourist locations in the city. The rooms are very clean and very spacious to have. My only problem was the room I booked wasn't what I received at all and I was charged for waters bottles I took out of the fridge that wasn't drank at all so be very very mindful of things like that. But other than that the hotel is a very very good plus to stay in, I would recommend this place when visiting Saigon.
Normally I would primarily focused on comfort, location etc however I must say that staff in the hotel are absolutely amazing. I would like to name one person in particular Pham Thu Hang. She went beyond her duties quite literally. I needed assistance and she made me feel like someone really cared about my problem. I will definitely be back. I definitely recommend this hotel as it is situated in good area of Little Tokyo.
Great well thought out layout clean, looks new. Japanese beday. Note that it does not really have a window but that’s common here. But they make up for it. Loved the place for this price. Lots to eat all around and close to everything.

Gorgeous rooms
Room was stunning and concierge was very polite and accommodating. Was also in a good location with a lot around, was a bit of a walk to the area with pubs though if thats what you are looking for. Laundry service was also quick and done well.
The ceiling in the bed area looks very warped as though its coming down and so around the ceiling was cracks and parts of the ceiling coming away. The hot tub was lovely but water did not stay in and the fans were very poor and didn't do much at all, felt me like a bath. I called for room service on the first day as had been travelling for long and instead was brought a tea spoon. I waited for a while In casev they were still to come and nothing. So i called again 30 minutes later and ordered the penne pasta and burger. The food took ages to arrive and the burger and chips were from mcdonalds and cold and the pasta was not penne and really upset my stomach. The pool area upstairs is tiny and very quiet but pool looked very dirty and was in the middle of office buildings and could often see people looking at you. On checking out i had to wait until someone checked my room which resulteed in me missing taxi for airport. I paid my final bill which was a little more than i expected and then was questioned where a tea spoon was.
Although the services offered are amazing i did find it quite confusing as room booklet said one thing and then when you asked to were advised another.
I wouldn't stay again but the rooms are absolutely.
Typical narrow viet hotel with rooftop pool. Good value for money, modern, clean rooms and standard amenties. Excellent location within little Tokyo - lots of dining options and coffee shops near by. 5-10 min walk to the main drag and attractions (however the food options ect there are not as good as around the hotel). We recommend 5ku station as a fun busy local spot for Vietnamese outdoor bbq and the old compass for great tours
I had an absolutely fantastic experience at this hotel! The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable, from the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive service throughout my visit. The friendliness and professionalism of the staff truly made me feel valued as a guest.
And let's talk about the buffet – it was outstanding! The variety and quality of food options were impressive, catering to every palate. From fresh fruits to delectable desserts, there was something for everyone. Plus, the presentation and cleanliness of the buffet area were impeccable.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional staff and delightful buffet experience. Can't wait to visit again!
Very pleasant stay. Central to many points of interest.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Disliked: Room comfort
The staff was friendly except for the person who did the breakfast buffet, who kept the buffet room at an uncomfortable 30 C. The beds were too soft and the quilt too heavy. My back hurt from sleeping on it. The room temperature was hard to keep at a good level and always seemed too hot or cold.
The hotel was in a good location. I've stayed in this area before and it's good. The hotel itself was a bit challenging. First of all, the loft style sleeping area is down right dangerous. You have to hunch over to walk which o understand but getting up and down the stairs feels unsafe. Doing this at night in the dark if you need the bathroom which is down stairs was a huge hassle. Maybe not for a night but anything longer than a night you are gonna hate the loft. The other issue was that I booked a city view room. The "view" was the stairwell not any sort of view at all. I talked with the hotel staff and they said another guest was staying a long time so I had to get a non-citu view room. I booked this room months in advance. Basically was told too bad. I booked a city view room because I didn't want to have a room without any outside windows but my room had no windows to the outside. Really disappointed about that. Not happy about how the hotel seemed unconcerned about my disappointment.
