Excellent stay, super clean, friendly staff and amazong breakfast. I must point out Binh at breakfast, his great smile really gives a fresh start and adds positive energy to the day! Thinh at concierge was also very helpful securing a driver for us for the day.

This JW is Unique it has Hotel side as well as fully furnished apartments building . The apartment are very clean and get serviced everyday as hotel room and 24hr room service. I would definitely recommend JW Marriot Saigon hotel if traveling for business and Apartment if you are with Family.

This Hotel appartments were very clean, had Everything you needed. Although was disappointed that there were no cooking equipment, dinner sets or cutlery supplies. But had cooking equipment ? It was in a very convenient location, the staff were lovely and so helpful. Pool was great! Perfect size for a cool down. We stayed on the lower floor and it was a bit noisy. Highly recommend requesting a higher floor.

Stay here every year when I come back to visit the motherland. Service is always impeccable. Sheets feel like butter and room get turn down twice daily. Their buffet is to die for ( kudos to the executive chef and F&B manager ) Room is really huge with full size kitchen plus island and very reasonable priced. Will give their spa one more try this weekend when I come back from my beach trip. Last time I was there they use bath tower as massage table sheet , it give the most uncomfortable feel ever to lay on and I did put a review in, hopefully it changed. For a 5 star hotel’s spa it was screaming foot massage vibe ! First world problem haha. Other than that everything is perfect as usual. I pick this one over the Reverie any day !
