The accommodation proved to be somewhat disappointing, primarily due to inadequate lighting and limited spatial comfort. Despite all lights being switched on after sunset, the room remained dimly lit, rendering visibility difficult and detracting from overall usability.
The images presented online were somewhat misleading, as the room is considerably more compact than suggested. The narrow walkway surrounding the bed severely restricts movement, and the suitcase had to be stowed under the desk in order to maximise the available space. This confined arrangement compromises the comfort expected at this price point.
The bathroom facilities were satisfactory and met basic functional requirements. However, an incident involving the accidental breakage of a glass incurred a charge of 50,000 VND. While this amount is minimal, it is noteworthy given the otherwise standard quality of the accommodation.
Having travelled to Saigon on multiple occasions, I found this stay to be unremarkable and average relative to other establishments. The foyer was smaller than depicted in online imagery, which, although not problematic in practical terms, created a negative first impression.
In summary, I would assign a rating of 3 out of 5 stars. The property adequately fulfils basic needs but lacks the distinctive qualities that would elevate the guest experience beyond mediocrity.
