The gym had stationary bikes that were not working as the hotel claimed they were improving the gym. The bikes were in good condition and were just unplugged and they refused to let us it. Breakfast was full of unpleasant experiences due to rude and I experienced staff. The cook at the eggstation told me that he cannot and will not make egg white omelette because he needs special equipment and when I insisted he made one that was made he claimed with half a bottle of oil claiming that this is the only way to make it. Another day the waiter just removed my utensils while I was eating. When I complained about these things there was no follow up from the night manager and the duty manager apologized by giving me club access. With that kind of service it did not seem useful to go the club - perhaps I would have got more oily egg white omelettes?

We stayed there for three nights. Great central location. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet has lots of selection for everyone's dietary requirement. Only minus issue we had was the Sink not draining properly. I would recommend this location to friends.

What a wonderful place to stay while visiting Ho Chi Minh City! The staff was wonderful and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was fantastic! Lots of options and the staff was great. We appreciate the early hours available for breakfast. Allowed us to enjoy our breakfast before we headed on a tour. Location was fantastic. Only a quick walk to the Ben Thanh market, Ben Nge food street, the pedestrian walking street, and Saigon opera house. Highly recommend this hotel and we will definitely stay here again!!

Maybe because it is a city hotel then lacks what smaller hotels in smaller locations can give. Staff were friendly enough and the hotel is clean, bed comfortable. So all the main requirements are met. They didn't top up with tea and coffee, but you had a kettle?

It’s a wonderful hotel. It’s very comfortable and in a fantastic location in District 1 conveniently located near the Saigon Centre shopping centre and a short walk to markets. It also has a brilliant rooftop bar pool & spa centre. I highly recommend, I’ve stayed here over a dozen times.

My husband and I stayed at the hotel for 5 nights during March 2025. The hotel is exceptional, from the helpful staff to our spacious and well appointed room. The roof top pool and bar was a highlight, and very relaxing. Breakfast was exceptional, with a huge range of asian and western options. The hotel is in a great location, we easily walked to Nguyen Hue Square (which includes the Apartment Cafe...a must see), the Ben Thanh market and Bui Vien Street. There is also an endless range of restaurants and street food metres from the hotel.
