Lounge Floor - it is constantly missing something: food, gin, plates, forks, mugs, wine classes, Coffee cups, you name it. Sure - not all at once, but some of them all the time, to my mind clearly a missing management issue. Single workers always polite ans helpful - but the common "we do" attitude is missing. What stands out: Friday evening xemale persone. She proactive asked if some would like to have more wine in the table. Simple gesture of service, but it was la King all previous evening.

Eigentlich hätte dieses Hotel von mir 5/5 Sterne bekommen. Es ist modern, sehr gepflegt, hat eine top Lage, einen fantastischen Kundenservice, freundliche Mitarbeiter und ein wirklich herausragendes Frühstück. Die Dachterrasse bietet eine tolle Aussicht und einen schönen Pool (leider jedoch recht wenig Liegeflächen). Leider gibt es einen Punkt, der den ansonsten sehr positiven Eindruck deutlich trübt: Das Hotel hat eine Silvesterparty auf der Dachterrasse organisiert, an der wir teilgenommen haben. Der Eintrittspreis lag bei 30 € pro Person – für Ho-Chi-Minh-Verhältnisse kein geringer Betrag, aber grundsätzlich noch akzeptabel. Bei der Buchung sowie auf allen Aushängen wurde ausdrücklich beworben, dass Cocktails, Bier, Wein, Softdrinks und eine Foodplatte inklusive seien. Bier und Wein waren tatsächlich verfügbar – wir trinken jedoch keinen Alkohol dieser Art, sondern hatten uns aufgrund der Ankündigung besonders auf die Cocktails gefreut. Leider gab es hier nur zwei sehr einfache Cocktail-Optionen, darunter eine kaum trinkbare Margarita-Mischung, die weder geschmacklich noch qualitativ überzeugte. Von einer echten Cocktailauswahl kann hier keine Rede sein. Sogar Wasser sollte ich plötzlich bezahlen. Auch die angekündigte Foodplatte war eine große Enttäuschung: Drei Cracker für zwei Personen, dazu vier sehr kleine Käsestücke (ca. 3×3 cm) und ein paar Scheiben labbriger Wurst. Wir hatten noch Hunger und haben uns Pommes von der extra Eventkarte bestellt – das günstigste Gerich

Staff was amazing. Bellman helped me avoid a taxi scam at midnight. Staff was on it at all times. Bed was amazing, shower was great. I'd stay here again. This was perfect location and hotel for me.

A really nice hotel. The room was big and looked newly redone. It had a huge wall sized window with a great view and was very quiet. The hotel itself is beautiful, and the staff are very nice and helpful. Breakfast is awesome. Perfect stay, highly recommended.

Breakfast was decent but the toaster was a horrendous. I stayed here so many times and I don’t know why they changed to this toaster that doesn’t event toast well and cumbersome
