Communication was good. Did not like that. We had to register to use the pool. It was inconvenient when you’re touring and don’t necessarily know when you’re getting back to the hotel. There was three adults in the room and only supplied when I asked for more towels they did not give any hand towel our bathing towels. The front door guys were not friendly at all.

If i could rate my experience it would be a zero. 2 hours before checkin i was advise the room i booked was not available due to maintenance and damage. They try to offer me another room at a different location which they confirmed is the same 3 bedroom 3 bathroom but even better than what i booked. I went to have a look at the 2nd property it was run down, bugs, dirty, smelly. I was not happy and the communication was poor. The aircon wasnt working and thrir best solutuon was for me to buy new batteries at 7/11. I was not able to cancel due to it being past the timeframe, technically they canceled on me as rhey were not able to offer me what i booked. I had to explain myself several times ro expedia that i did not cancel, the property did. I had the worse experience and the back and forth between myself, the property and expedia. Misleading and do not reccomend booking this place.
