I usually don’t write review but I must this time. I booked a two bedroom apartment. However I got an email the day of the check in that there was a plumbing issue. So I took the one bedroom. Next day they moved me to the two bedroom and came upstairs and said we gave you the wrong room so they moved me again to another two bedroom. While in the new two bedroom within an hour some came in my with a key stating that they just assign them this room. The are very unorganized. Avoid booking here if you can

i did not give a bad comment, but things did not resolved. First i booked two room at madison saigon. the management contact one day before check in saying that the apartment have drained problem. they swith us to the one saigon luxury city point which is much cheaper. i told them i want to canceled the room. they said they will cancel without fee. Then I booked two apartments which two bed rooms and two bathroom at the one saigon Luxury citypoint with same management under new reservation. when check in we just have one apartment which two bathroom. the room which have one bathroom which smaller than the one which have two bathrooms. the washing machine is really complicate, it take a long time to wash one load, and no dryer. the location is good. they give u just one key for elevator so it is not convenience . the management do not have viber contact. I have to use my sister phone which have zallo app to contact them. It been almost the month but i have not get my full refund. i got one partment refund but not the other. I contact the one saigon, they said they did recieced the two room been canceled confirm without charged. Hotels.com did not paid them. I contacted hotels.com they said they need to contact the one saigon , but they said they not able to contact. Hotels.com was not able to contact their partner!!??? My refund is not small. I can not let it go. I went to hotels.com web to look for actual number to contact but i not able to find one.

Avoid if you value comfort and cleanliness
Totally different from what was portrayed in pictures. Dirty and old building frequented by dubious characters in my half an hour there. Room was dated and smelled bad. Gave up my 2-night stay as I could not foresee myself staying in such an environment. Don’t be lured by the cheap rates unless you are prepared to rough it out in undesirable conditions. Service recovery by hotel agent was commendable as he offered a change of hotel under same management. But I had lost confidence by then.

The air conditioner is working well, the spaces are big enough for 5-6 people to feel comfortable. Location is not so good, nothing around to shop for. You don’t feel really welcome to the place. Information on the website is not really accurate. I couldn’t contact the owner at the beginning based on the information on Expedia. Anyway, it’s ok to stay, but not really a best choice.
