Cheap and safe. Friendly staff. Old building but a couple of decent modernizations. Interesting little neighbor. Feels like a real part of Vietnam. Not touristy. Small streets. Little shops. People working hard selling fruit and fish and coffee. I would stay here just to walk around the neighborhood and get a more real slice of Saigon.

Good basic hotel close to the airport. Good value for money. No frills but all essential amenities. Hotel staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast available but we did not utilise this. Lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. Can walk to the airport if needed (perhaps not with luggage).
