Our stay here was TERRIBLE. We rented 2 rooms for 1 night. Block A was fine, but the room in Block B was an awful experience. First off, the door was left unlocked but when we came back up with our luggage, it locked on its own and we could not put in the code because the keypad was not working correctly. We had to wait about 10 minutes communicating back and forth with the property assistant and she could not give us clear instructions on how to work the keypad. Eventually we were able to figure it out ourselves and needed 3 people to work the keypad. Once inside, the bathrooms had no toilet paper. The towels given were not actual bath towels, but a fleece blanket and one was a floor mat. The apartment smelled of cigarette smoke and there was trash left behind. The laundry area was full of someone else’s clothes and we were not able to utilize it. The AC remote was missing in one of the bedrooms so we could not adjust it and slept the whole night freezing. There were also no extra blankets to use in this case. I would not stay here again unfortunately.
