I booked my stay through Expedia. The room was inaccurately described; there's nowhere in the description that indicated that the room had do windows. I had to pay additional fee for a room with a window. This hotel is listed as a 3.5 star and I'd stay it's a 2 star at best. What 3.5 star hotel requires you to leave a cash deposit or your passport as a deposit. You enter through the garage to get on the elevator to the 11th floor where the "front desk" is. Stay away from this hotel!

The staff (especially receptionist Oanh) were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that I was comfortable! Felt very safe which is extra appreciated as a solo traveller. The room with city view was perfect for my needs, enough room for a king bed, cupboards, desk and ensuite bathroom with good sunlight. Curtains aren’t blockout but that didn’t effect me. Glad my room was facing the alleyways as I had no troubles with loud sounds. Enjoyed my stay here and would come back.

This hotel offered the best rate around with good quality accommodation. AC is even better than other high quality hotels around. A mom and pop hotel that would leave you extra money to spread around on other things. For the price I paid and the location, just can’t beat it!!!! I love this place.

Disappointed to find bugs on the ceiling, cobwebs and shoes marks on the wall. Bathroom and toilet are in one room. Floor is all wet after showering since there is no shower curtain. Stepping out of the bathtub on to a wet floor is not an ideal situation especially for those with mobility issues. No safe deposit box in the room. Nice staff.
