Breakfast here is great! The property is lovely with water views and the owners are friendly and helpful. If you like dogs, the dogs here are very friendly too. Might be ideal to stay in warmer months though. Rooms receive plenty of light, perhaps a little too much in the morning :)

This is an excellent place to stay we could not have found a more idyllic place if we tried. The two dogs coming to visit us each day was a great way to unwind and feel like we belonged.

Around 20mins from Hobart, but very worth it. Beautiful clean stay. Very nice breakfast. Nice garden and view. We stayed 3days with 2children and 1elder. All of us like the place very much. Thank you so much.

A lovely property, spotless, comfortable and quiet. Very friendly and helpful host and 2 lovely dogs! An excellent place to stay. It’s only 20 minutes to Hobart and a wonderful base to explore.

Away from the noise. The ambience is really good. Breakfast provided is really delicious and feels like homemade food. Indri and Richard both are lovely people. They made our stay very comfortable.

We loved our stay at Brightwater B&B. Our hosts were wonderful - friendly as well as very helpful and informative about things to do around the area. The accomodation is very comfortable and extremely spacious with an added bonus of a sunroom which is great for late afternoon relaxing. Lovely gardens to take a walk in or sit and read. Breakfast is awesome. I would thoroughly recommend this property.

We had a 2 room apartment with plenty of room. And beautiful views. A bit out of Hobart so a car is required but not far from Kettering where you take the ferry to Bruny Island

While it wasnt what I expected when I first turned up, the people where lovely and friendly, the room was kept clean and breakfast had a nice variety. Was out all day and started it well with a cooked breakfast, nice to look out over the bay, wasnt sure about the courtyard? I think it was the same entrance as the owners. Very nice place

Nice B n B with a bay view.
First day get there and the room is ready (tidy and clean). Owner is friendly and welcome us, briefly intro for facilities. The garden is nice and well maintenance. It is nice to lie down in the sun room in the morning (warm) and night (clear way to watching star). Breakfast delivers to the room on time and presenting well. Friendly security (guard dog).

Rekommenderas
Vi var väldigt nöjda med Brightwater B&B. Stället var rent, bra utrymme och väldigt god frukost. Skulle verkligen rekommendera detta ställe. Den enda nackdelen är att det ligger lite ”off” så du behöver bil för att ta dig dit. Men så är det överlag i Tasmanien.
