This was a new hotel and very nice. We needed a ground floor and a 2nd floor had been assigned for us. There was not an option online to request a ground floor, but the desk quickly changed the room to accommodate us at no extra charge! Thank you! Our room needed more light and mirrors but was nice and roomy! The breakfast was lacking!
