Great location for a traveller. Easy access and parking. Good breakfast options for on the go people but don't bother with dinner. The menu is limited and matched by a list of things they can't supply.

We stayed for two nights and choose this hotel for easy access to the area we wanted to visit. Was a good choice. It is on an industrial estate but from our room you couldn’t tell that. Check in was quick and efficient, staff extremely friendly and helpful. We were in room 15, it was very spacious and clean. Showeroom well designed and clean. It was very quiet in our room and great blackout curtains. Beds were very comfortable. We were asked a preferred breakfast time which was a good idea as the dining area wasn’t massive but easily accommodated guests who came at their preferred time. If you just ‘turned up’ there might be a wait. Great choices for breakfast. Cereals, yoghurt and fruit, English and continental. English breakfast cooked well. We had an evening meal which again was cooked well and we thought, good value. We must particularly mention Stas who made us feel so welcome and looked after us so well. Would recommend.

Good value quality hotel in Shrewsbury
Very comfortable and welcoming place to stay when visiting Shrewsbury. The staff are helpful and friendly, even finding a feather pillow for my husband who has a bad neck. The breakfast is excellent. Parking is easy and the receptionist made sure we registered our car in order to avoid a fine. One small issue is the fact that the soap dispensers in the bathroom are opaque so when they run out the cleaner can’t see they are empty. The shampoo is a good alternative when the soap runs out! This hotel is very good value and we always stay here when visiting Shrewsbury, sometimes bringing our dog. The rooms are large enough to accommodate us all.

The staff made the stay. Very approachable and helpful. Nothing too much trouble. Had a problem with a lost phone and it was sorted honestly and fuss free. Would definitely stay there again.
