The hotel was ok. I was surprised to find that our rooms were in a different building than the hotel office. We unpacked all of our bags and had to walk over to another building across the street for our room. The buildings seemed less updated than the hotel office. Staff was great.

This is a lovely little hotel with a great restaurant. My only complaints would be that the rooms are quite small, even by European standards, and some are in different buildings, which means you need to go outside in order to access the main building, restaurant, etc. Also, the parking lots have some low points in them, so when it rains there's giant puddles to maneuver. Having said that, it served our purposes nicely and the dinner at the restaurant was exceptional.

Nice and clean. Good location. The lady in the front desk was SUPER kind and helpful! Our car was broken that morning. She helped me call the rental company and road service very patiently and comforted me all the time. It was not enough just to say “Thank you”.

As mentioned by others, this hotel is dated and our room had an odour. However, the room was very clean. Although the hotel does state this, there is NO elevator for this hotel. Fortunately, the front desk clerk brought both of our bags up to our third floor room for us. We had a comfortable sleep but in the future I’d look for a different place to stay before booking at this hotel again. I probably would not return unless this was my only option. We much preferred the Milk Factory hotel that was nearby.
