"Very disgusting no air conditioning, also bed blankets very heavy( winter type) very hot room , window can’t be opened to much, closed courtains make worst the heat , we had a bad time slipping. No solution was given."

"5 stars for their reception staff although for the most part reception was only manned by one person so during busy times there was a long wait. Housekeeping let hotel down.
