Fishing, sailing, surfing, horse riding and mountain boarding are available locally, whilst the coastal resort of Bude, 9 miles, has fine sandy beaches and excellent surfing, as well as an 18-hole golf course, restaurants, gift shops and galleries. The Tamar Lakes are within a short drive, offering a variety of activities including walking, fishing, sailing, kayaking and windsurfing. Picturesque Clovelly, with its cobbled streets and donkey transport, is close by or for a day out, the famous Eden Project is within easy reach, as are many other family attractions including The Big Sheep and The Milky Way Adventure Park. Beach 9 miles. Shop, pub and restaurant 1 mile.
