My partner and I recently stayed for Valentines weekend ! The hotel has so many great perks. We loved that they had free beach chairs for rent. Our room was very clean. The valet drivers were also awesome ! On Valentine’s Day we received a cute gift to thank us for staying. The hotel is perfect walking distance to Waikiki beach and all of the shopping.

Amenities -pool wasn’t available yet they still fully charged us. Staff wasn’t accommodating and helpful at all especially when you booked it via Expedia. The bath tub was still sandy when we arrived but I didn’t asked to change our room since it was kinda late night to change our room.Don’t be surprised when you still pay the resort fee at the hotel. Definitely not gonna recommend this place at all.

The staff was very kind and helpful. I think the rooms could use a remodel. The furniture, flooring and bathrooms are older and kind of grungy. Even a deep cleaning with new flooring would improve the look of the rooms.

Place dated they have a resort fee plus deposit for what I would consider a motel …. They did not release the full deposit back either … instead of my full $100 they gave me back $83 … yes it’s a little amount but things like that is suspicious and I wouldn’t stay here ever again
