We really enjoyed our stay at the Coconut Waikiki Hotel. The location was perfect, close to everything and easily within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and the beach. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful the entire time. They even surprised us with a free bottle of local wine when we checked in and offered fresh popcorn every day. We loved that the hotel let us borrow beach towels, chairs, and an umbrella at no charge. They also recommended the Bishop Museum and even gave us free tickets, which was such a thoughtful touch. After checkout, they stored our luggage for the day so we didn’t have to keep it in the car before our late-night flight, a huge convenience. The room was clean and comfortable with great water pressure, good pillows, and a nice balcony to enjoy the breeze. The only downside for me was that the bed hurt my back a little, but honestly most hotel beds do, so it wasn’t a big deal. Overall, a great stay with wonderful service and several little perks that made our trip even better. We’d definitely stay here again!

Room was ok very loud hallways and poeple using speaker on phones when chatting couod hear everyone. Doors slamming all night. There is a huge gap under door that lets the light in hallway come through had to put a towel under door to block the hallway lightning, suoer noisey lioe someone was dragging chairs across the floor.
