Very comfortable, enjoyable stay.
Nice comfortable hotel. Very friendly staff. Nice spa, and the restaurant in the hotel is first rate. Not much of a view, but not far from the ocean either.

Renaissance Residence was such a great stay. Very clean and very friendly staff. The coffee shop was conveniently in the lounge. The restaurant and bar had some good food and drinks. A bit pricy, but expected I suppose. The hotel gym, pool, hot tub, and sauna were all very nice and clean. The hotel is also between Walmart and Target, which was a quick walk from the hotel. My only complaint would be the parking situation. Online stated there was parking available. The only parking is valet parking for an additional $50 a day. If you want to park it yourslef you need to find street parking. Also, be aware of the daily "resort fee." I understand it's a new hotel, but there are some kinks that need to be sorted.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. New property, was very clean and in a great location, since we were moving our daughter in to University. We would stay there again on our next visit. No problems at all.

In Ala Moana which is cleaner than Waikiki. Wamart next door and Ala Moana mall 1 block and the State park beach on the other side of the mall. Everything is walkable but they do provide a shuttle to the mall, park beach and Waikiki beach. Clean new rooms, pools, Jacuzzis, gym, spa, bars, restaurant. Staff are very responsive.

Beautiful, clean, modern hotel. Amenities help you feel at home. And our ocean view was so nice to wake up to every morning. I loved how the hotel entrance smelled, too. Very calming and soothing scent in the air. Staff were all friendly and courteous. The only things I didn’t like: my GPS kept routing me to enter from the wrong direction. You’re not allowed to make a left turn into the driveway, and finding a turnaround was inconvenient. Also, the extras were expensive (sky deck bar by the pool, the restaurant, the coffee shop, the spa) but then again, it’s Honolulu and most things are going to cost a lot more.
