Great Location, But Needs Some TLC/Maintenance!
"We enjoyed the location of the house, that was perfect! When we arrived, however, we were not hit with a 'WOW' factor at all... decor and conditions of some walls/ceiling/baseboards were in poor conditions, badly in need of paint touchups. The ceiling in the living room clearly shows water stains ..."
