Very enjoyable stay at Casa. Hotel is modern and clean. Breakfast was tasty with lots of options available. My only complaint is: I emailed them a few days before arriving to enquire about a late checkout... the response was fast, I was advised that a request had been logged on the system and to check with reception at check in. I did, and we had been granted a late check out. All very good so far. Fast forward to check-out the next day and to my astonishment was charged £15. It was only for a 2hr extension. That was quite an expensive lay-in I thought and at no point did anyone, either during the email exchange or at reception tell me there would be this additional charge. It soured my stay somewhat as it was unexpected. A sad end to an otherwise lovely stay. Be more transparent Casa.

Great breakfast
Check-in was quick and easy, very friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean and tidy and furnished nicely. A bit of the inside of the bathroom door was broken away and the hinge was either greasy or old and marked, i couldn't see properly to make out either way. Comfortable bed for me although my husband said that he didn't sleep well due to the pillows, he just couldn't get comfortable which disturbed his sleep. Also, other guests that were staying in rooms near us were noisy and had the TV on very loud at around 1-2am, which i know isn't the fault of the hotel but down to guests so it's not a complaint. A nice touch with complimentary water and milk in the fridge to go with the tea, coffee and biscuits in the room. The breakfast had plenty of choice, hot and cold options and something a bit more special to be ordered separately if we wanted it. Check out was also quick and easy, again with friendly staff.

Super hotel
Excellent hotel. We used for dinner, bed and breakfast whilst travelling back from holiday. Only improvement I would suggest is to replace the buffet breakfast. We prefer to wait for a fresh cooked breakfast.
