Would not accommodate a date change (within 2 hours of booking it) even though I was happy to pay admin fee or difference in room cost. Instead essentially told me to suck it up and book a new room. So I did with a different hotel.

Beautiful property and nice quiet location given its near the airport. The staff on reception were quite rude though and based on that, I wouldn’t stay there again. It costs nothing to be kind. The people prior to us looked upset over the way they were spoken to also.

Stayed as family of four. The queen bed is very uncomfortable mattress is way too hard for any good nights sleep. Staff very helpful and friendly. Chose the hotel for the name and location but would have more comfortable bed at travelodge

Very quick check in and brilliant breakfast. However, beds were hard with lumpy pillows. Also, double sofa bed for our 2 children only had a single quilt on it so not big enough for 2.
