Checked into property with no access to any keys. Locked in room like an hostage and unable to move around the hotel freely. Room was also very dirty and not ready for use. This was a terrible experience and I would not recommend this hotel. Hotel refused to provide refund for this inconvenience.

Finger lakes visit.
We used the location to visit winery's and museums in the area. Friendly, helpful staff. Clean and quiet rooms. Nice pool and outdoor sitting areas. Would have been a 5 star except for a breakfast issue, limited selections the mornings we were there.
