Very professional and helpful staff. The room is clean and comfortable. It is in a very central location, but also convenient if you have to drive north. Just a little noisy because of the traffic

It is very conveniently located if you are a tourist with Swiss Pass. Train station is less than 10 mins walk and schedules are on the dot! Shopping places are waking distance too! Safe area!

My stay exceeded all expectations. The staff were consistently welcoming, and the daily cleaning service was impeccable every time. Although I didn’t have breakfast with them in my stay I’m sure it would of been great.

Well run and updated older property
Smart, efficient concierge staff welcome you in this (basically spotless) updated boutique hotel near the city centre. It has a small bar, restaurant/breakfast room and stylish suites with good coffee makers.

Great bed and linens, some areas in hotel had cigarette smell. Coffee maker nice, but took a hot minute to figure it out. Food and beverage very expensive in Luzern, hotel buffet also pricey. Great location

Room and bathroom were clean and comfortable, nice bed and shower. Airport shuttle service free for pick up but not for drop off. $5 per person. Restaurant was extremely overpriced, even for Switzerland. We walked out and went across the stress to the pizza place.
