No one at office for check in or to help with questions and/issues - only a phone number posted on door to call. Room door had no peep hole, dead bolt or chain. I had someone knock on my door at 2am and realized just how vulnerable I was. Will not stay here again.

Love everything except the bed. No support and probably needs to be replaced with something just a bit firmer. Other than that we really enjoyed the hotel.

We loved staying here. The flamingo room was very tastefully decorated, the beds were comfortable, and it was exceptionally clean. I loved the retro vibe of this place.

The property looks motor lodge from the 60’s on the outside which is quaint but the rooms are beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable.

You can definitely tell there's been remodeling done. The room was small but comfortable. The only weird thing about our state is there was no shower curtains for the shower and no shower rod. We had to take showers and the floor got soaked, so we had to use our extra towels.To soak up the excess water. They do need vent fans in the bathrooms.

Don’t plan on working
I like this pet friendly place, but don’t plan on being able to do any work. The WiFi would not work in Room 11, and I got no response to my text to the owner. There was no one in the office when I checked in at 6:30pm or the next day. There’s also no desk or chair to be able to sit and work on a laptop. The cleaning staff was very friendly, but I ended up leaving a day early so I could get somewhere with WiFi. I’ve requested a refund, but we’ll see.

My wife had always wanted to stay at a real, vintage motor court. This was our chance. I did not want to leave. The room was so convenient. Hot Springs wowed us, and we will be back soon. I’m so thankful for places like this who care about taking care of their patrons. This was not a problem but be aware the room we were in did not have an exhaust fan in the bathroom. We just cracked the window and put a portable fan in. The toilet size was a little tricky for a tall guy like me, but would not keep me from coming back.
