We always stay there when we go to Hot Springs. The staff is awesome. The rooms are so clean and the beds are comfortable, and the views are spectacular.

The hotel was nice. It was clean and it seemed to be maintained well. My issue was when I arrive to check in. The lady said that by booking through Hotels.com no additional accommodations could be made so it made me feel that if I didn’t book through Hilton that I was not important as a customer.

The hotel was nice and clean but the front desk clerks were very dry. My husband and I left a day early. They were not concerned and didn’t ask if we enjoyed our stay. I’ve done this work before and you have to sell your hotel and city. Poor check in and out 😞
