Calming Oasis

Beautiful secluded piece of property on Lake Hamilton! Would have liked to stay there forever!!! The sunsets are absolutely beautiful from the back! Highly recommend and Hot Springs is a fun little town with lots to do!

Lovely home!

Our ladies book club stayed in this home for five nights. We cooked nightly, played games and spent time floating in the lake. The kitchen had everything we needed. The location we perfect for day trips to surrounding area and floating in the calm waters was so relaxing. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Beautiful Home

This is a beautiful property and setting. Great house, great porch, great accommodations, great fire pit. Homeowner drove 4 hrs to make sure we were alright after power outage. He stayed several hours going over every question we had and was very helpful. Great fun and laughs for all of us. This was a girlfriend trip with 7 senior citizens!

Fantastic House For a Group

We did a girls trip to Hot Springs. While we love being together everyone needs their own space at times. This 5 bedroom, two living room, large kitchen, and small kitchenette, did just that. The two patios are large and the water view is to die for. We would recommend this home to everyone

Weel-maintained, spotless. View of lake was perfect from many sites on the property. Rooms were nice and beds extremely comfortable. Space for all to pursue their specific interests, i.e. tables for chess, recliners to watch movies, deck to relax and look at lake views, internet to allow us to stay "connected" for ones who actually needed to stay in touch with work or home.) Beautiful Lake Sunsets! Rent this property!

Two families with teenagers is not always easy but this house is amazing. Kids all stayed downstairs which was great. Plenty of space for everyone. Loved the two refrigerators and wine fridge. We brought two boats and it worked great. Deep water around the dock. Perfect for floating and swimming. Quiet, large and clean cove. Spent a lot of time on the balcony facing the lake. We actually watched two storms rolling through but we felt protected and safe. Perfect place to sit and have a glass of wine and watch the sunset. Master shower has many shower heads and was luxurious. AC was great and never let us down.

Friends weekend at Hot Springs

Property was beautiful, with Great Lake views. Perfect for our group with 4 couples, which each had their own bedroom and bath. Deck had seating for all and was great for breakfast and evening drinks. Also kitchen was well supplied and had large dining table we could all have dinner. Check in and out had some confusion with security system and determining when was turned off and activated. If this would be updated, would be more user friendly. Not able to get TV system to work as took multiple remotes, and missing batteries. Also , trash can service was confusing as to when to put out and how many cans belonged to house. Issues were minor and didn’t take away from enjoyable weekend!

Beautiful home on Lake Hamilton

This is a lovely property, and we enjoyed our stay very much. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, and baths are nice and plentiful. Lots of comfy seating in the living room for us adults and the downstairs living area for the kids. The porch had good seating and beautiful view. Great kitchen and dining table for a large group to gather around for meals and games. We had difficulty with the lock as the key fob did not work when we pointed it according to instructions. There was a slight mix-up at check-in, but Melanie was extremely responsive and worked hard to meet our needs. Much appreciated! We would love to return and recommend. Thank you!

We had a group in town for a weekend event. This place was amazing. Spacious and well equipped. All the comforts of home. However, communicating with the property manager was not as expected. It was nothing major. Just very poor response times. I called upon arrival with a question and still have not received a return call. That does not overshadow the awesomeness of this place. The views, the quite, enjoyed it very much.

Wives of Logan County Get Away

A retired group of ladies wanting to get away and boy, was this the perfect spot! The house and property are spectacular and though in a safe neighborhood setting, the privacy was a true back to nature experience. The lake view was so soothing and the house was grand. We highly recommend this place!

If you are looking for space, this is the place. There were 10 of us and we had plenty of room to enjoy our weekend. 2 reasons I only gave this house a 4 star. The housekeeping could be better. We had black feet from walking barefoot in the house and there was dust on furniture and vents. The other reason is the bed in the master was too small and too soft. My husband could not fit in it comfortably. They say it is a queen but it sure felt like a full size bed. Other than that, we enjoyed the lovely views of the lake and the dock.
