The hotel is modern, and is located close to the main street , and had a wonderful breakfast. The room and bed tissues were clean and comfortable. The main problem was that it has a very small parking area and I had to park in the street. In general, we are very happy with the hotel and its staff and will stay again.

No real door on bathroom
The noise level was awful. I'm not sure how many times doors closing woke me up. The bathroom door doesn't close all the way and there's no way to lock it. It's a barn-style door that leaves several inches of gap between the wall/door jamb and door.

Great location — a 5-minute walk from the bathhouses but far enough to get a nice parking spot. Our room had an awesome view of the town. Hearty breakfast. Very comfortable beds. Spacious room with a cubby for a work desk.

A great location close to fun things, reasonable price, good breakfast, nice to have a bar/restaurant attached, nice Christmas lights and music in the court outside, friendly and helpful staff, and best of all, the most comfortable hotel bed I ever slept on! Great experience overall, highly recommend, would stay again.

Overall, it was a really nice hotel. They definitely cut some corners on the free breakfast. Biscuits were like hockey pucks, and nothing really tasted fresh. There were no pancakes and waffles for the kids.

This hotel by far was one of the greatest place. It's convenient to everything. The beds were super comfortable. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Hot Springs

My experience at Hot Springs Hotel
My 4 days memorable family trip turned into a painful experience becuase of 2 nights stay in this hotel. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, and even after two days, my back still hurts, unable to walk and god knows how much I suffered to drive back from Hot Springs, AR to Dallas, TX (320Miles). The bathroom lacked any privacy, I cant believe that in this era in USA can anybody build a single sliding door without a lock that served as both the closet and bathroom door!! (I forgot to take the photo of room no. 612), whatso ever there was no privacy at all, and every sound from the bathroom was completely audible in the hall. Luckily I was with family not with friends! My suggestion is, please check the room before and don't ruin your reputation Out of all, one good thing is breakfast in the hotel was good.
