The rooms were smaller than what appeared on the photos. The double beds are full size and not your standard queen size. The sink water pressure was very low. We also had a couple of baby roaches appear in the bathroom. The room only came with one set of towels (1 bath, 1 hand and 1 washcloth). It was 4 of us so i had to request more from the front desk. The entry door was uneven with a significant gap causing light from the hallway to easily come through. I guess for the price, you can't expect the Ritz Carlton.

Room were non smoking but strong smell of cigarette when you walked into room. Paint pealing in areas breakfast was so-so but seemed everyone from off the street was coming in and eating.

Roaches in room!
The property seemed to have remodeled but as for cleanliness, I give them 1 Star! The room smelled formaldehyde which stuck to my cloth. I also smelled CBD in the hallways from and to my room on 5th floor by the elevator. Customer service was great, but not professional staff! Breakfast food was acceptable and I will give it 4 Stars.

My tv didn't work. I stayed in room 127. My room key card kept resetting so I had to go to the front desk several times to have it reset. The room had lots of holes and the walls were falling apart.

Staff was very helpful and hospitable from check-in to check-out. You do get what you pay for and it is a bit outdated but it’s a stay nonetheless. Beds are comfy and rooms are cold in all the best ways!
