I stayed in a suite with my 2 kids. The hallway to get to our room on the 3rd floor felt like 2 steps from hell. The pool was “not working” the whole weekend and we weren’t told this until after we checked in. There was a sofa bed and the front desk people refused to give pillows or linens for us to even use it. I asked for 2 pillows and was told that there were already 6 pillows in the room. I asked for sheets and was given 2 blankets, 1 unusable because it was stink. They refused to give us more towels unless we returned the dirty 1s. I told them no problem, they could get them and I was told that nobody was there and I had to bring them. The housekeepers were nice, and although they didn’t speak English, they had translator apps on the phone and it made it easy to communicate. Guests were smoking inside the lobby/dining area. Dogs barking at 5am, smh. Overall, I wouldn’t stay here again. We’ve had family stay here before, and they said it was like this but there’s new owners. HORRIBLE!
