The rooms are full of stains, tv didn't work. I told the manager. He said maintenance would be there to fix it. I'm still waiting on maintenance 2 days later. Never fixed. The elevator didn’t work and we were on the 3rd floor. No attempts to fix elevator. The worst stay ever! Do NOT stay here.

The elevator was broken. The frontdesk said someone will fix it, but never happened during our two-day stay. We have to lift our luggage through stairs. The computer/business room has been broken and closed forever. The carpet in the corridor is dirty. The breakfast is below the average. Very disappointing. It seems they don't care about customers at all.

Horrible Experience!!
I have some many complains! I book a room since like a month ago! Hours before checking in I receive a call letting me know that they didn't have a double bed available that if I was okay with a 1 king size bed with a sofa bed. I said that it was fine as we get there we check in mind you the elevators weren't working. So as we go in the room it had a horrible smell like if something had stayed wet for a long while. Then we noticed that the sofa was wet! And to top it off the carpet was completely wet as well! We let the front office know and all they said was that they didn't any other rooms and that the carpet had supposably been washed! Oh and please update your photos hotel doesn’t look nothing like the photos!!! Never again!!!!

Elevator has been broke for over a year bathroom kept clogging every of day. Then at night they gave someone access to my room and came in while i was sleeping had to pull my sidearm and ask them to leave and the hotel managment didnt even care said its not there problem. The owners do absolutely nothing for the property the mini store is a joke. Breakfast they like serving moldy fruit and barely take care of refilling Breakfast and just reserve the leftovers again next day. Do not stay at this hotel.

I reserved one of the property's executive suites only to learn upon arrival that it was on the third floor and the only elevator was inoperable. Further, in my executive suite, there was no sound from the TV and it was not properly mounted to the wall which attributed to an improper hang and no ability to view closed captioning. I expected better.

Honestly the worst stay in my experience so far. For starters, their elevator was out of service, which was not communicated to me prior to me booking my room on the third floor. Then, when I arrived and learned of this inconvenience, I was promised a room on the first floor the following day. When I came down to the front desk the next morning with all of my stuff, I was told by the next employee on shift that the promise should not have been made because they don’t have any rooms on the first floor available. He told me to call later after check out time and see if anyone on the first floor has left. When I called, I was told there were still no rooms on the first floor. At this point, I wanted to cancel the rest of my stay and stay somewhere else. I was then told that I could not cancel that night’s stay because it was after the cut off time of day to cancel. I told them to cancel the following night. They did not do that either. On top of all of this, the room was dirty, smelled like cigars and I saw bugs crawling all over the bathroom. Do yourself a favor. Do not book here. They have a lot of work to do.

The first night was noisy. Tenants don’t respect their neighbors’ privacy after curfew hours. The elevator was out of service during my stay. TV remote control is missing although management was able to lend a spare after waiting for an hour.

Nothing was working correctly, including the elevator. Rooms on third floor, very dirty stairs were the only option and this was not disclosed prior to check in. One of the rooms we were given was still dirty at 6:00pm. Another room was missing blankets. Floors throughout the hotel were very dirty and stained and the smell as soon as you enter the hotel was a very strong marijuana smell. The laundry only accepts quarters, however the staff will not give change. The staff was unapologetic for any of the “inconveniences.”

I went to my room and the bed has been used recently, some one had used the bathroom steam still on the mirrors in the bathroom. The room keys didn't work for sets of times. Than they gave me a different room. The room keys didn't work several more sets of times.

The rooms were fine but the place looks to be under heavy renovation. The elevator was not working, and all public areas had clear signs of wear. The breakfast was quite minimal and many things at room temp that would have one question its freshness. Otherwise it was a quiet place, as mentioned the room was comfortable and no complaints.
