It was easy check in. CleN lobby and clean room. Very comfy bed and pillows. Shower had good water pressure. Overall great hotel to stay in prior to crusing. Did not like the times of the shuttle but the uber was cheap

It was very conveniently located to the airport. We had an early flight and were able to check out quickly at 4am. Having a Starbucks in the lobby was a nice bonus!

The hotel overbooked, and left me stranded at 12am when I just got out of my flight, provided no refund and no alternatives. The admin behind the computer said it was a system glitch. I advise everyone to stay away from Marriott hotel and Expedia for your future booking. I called Expedia to help assist me with this issue and they provided zero to help or support, I asked for a manager and the person on the phone told me the manager wasn’t a available until 8am. I asked for a refund and they did not provided and said to ask the hotel for a refund and the only way to get a refund was to buy another ticket. There so much more, I’ll be filing a law suits against them.

Location was perfect. The breakfast was good for a hotel. All of the staff was polite. I think the shuttle should run 24/7. There were several people who needed transportation and the shuttle wasn't available.

It was great until the elevator stop working,my husband has bad needs and copd which neans he can't walk far, imagine having to climb the stairs, I think we should be offered half of our payment for the inconvenience, packing bags and luggage downstairs as well as up, ruined our little get away

Property was fine for a quick overnight stay during a long layover. I called ahead of time to verify that there was a shuttle available. Hotel is 4 miles from airport. I was told to get to pick up location at airport THEN call. I was told it’d be a 20 minute wait. Then was hung up on by reception. Then after 20 minutes I called back. Was told there was a delay because of “traffic” there was no traffic. Finally after an hour wait we were picked up and taken to the hotel. We had to be back to the airport by 5:30 the next morning. By the time we checked in and got to our room it was 11. (We had landed at 8:30). The hotel is nice enough, but would suggest getting an Uber if you want to avoid waiting a long time for a shuttle.
