We had to check out a day earlier because of the snow storm on Tuesday 1.21.25 due to airport closures. We were told that the earlier checkout was taken care of however we were charged for the 21st anyway, in fact that supposedly we didn’t checkout until 1:48pm!
We were already back in California on Monday night so in fact we were billed for a night that we did not stay! Terrible front desk service from two employees! We will not stay at a Fairfield inn again and never book with orbitz.com! Orbitz not only screwed up the hotel stay but also the rental car contract and we lost two day of useage on the rental car with no refund or credit issued. Zero stars for Orbitz.com
