Place looked like a bachelor pad. There is not a table to sit at or stools to eat at the counter. No coffee pot. Clothing and bits of things in almost every drawer. I prefer not to live out of a suitcase, but did because there was not an empty drawer to put my clothes in. Several dishes were dirty. Egg or yellow remains on spatula. Don’t expect silverware to eat with. He did have an unopened package of regular forks that has a price of $1.99. There were 3 real plates and 6 real drinking glasses. There is not a set of dishes (matching plates, bowls, cups) in there. He does provide paper plates, plastic forks, and spoons. If you plan to go there as a family expecting a home away from home, this is not the place to rent. The place will sleep five...a queen bed in the bedroom (no tv if you like a tv in the bedroom), and air mattresses in the closet. There is a desk light on the night stand, but not a table lamp. Be sure to bring shampoo and soap, especially if you had a long day and want to take a nice hot shower. Bring your own blow dryer too. That being said, there is a big water heater, but I think the temperature on it is set low. I had the hot water on all the way in, but could stand in the shower without adding any cold water. Do not expect to take a nice hot soak in the beautiful garden tub. Can’t fill it up...if you do, you’ll just have a cold soak. So many other things to list, I sent him a list of things to make this place a success...I haven’t heard from him. I wouldn’t stay there again unless things were done in there. I know I like to rent a condo/apartment because I like to cook my meals as I don’t like eating out 2 - 3 meals a day. I took lots of photos and wished I could put it here. My apologies for a review that is not quite orderly, but jumps around a bit.
