The property and staff are awesome but the area that the hotel is located looks a bit sketchy, to be fair most of Houston looks like that because of the homeless problem.

I'm handicapped. When I got to the hotel the elevator didn't work. Their computers didn't work. I thought Hilton was a class operation? Guess not... boo!

They changed my room from double bed to single bed since I didn’t book directly. They finally gave us a double bed room once I called them out through the Hilton app. They put us on the 4th floor then told us the elevators were out. The beds squeaked every toss and turn, plus the springs were poking through. They lost power and accidentally charged my card twice. The pool was out of service two days in a row.
