Everything was great. I just didn’t like the night before I left the night worker told me I didn’t have an early check out which it clearly said on my reservation and receipt but thankful for the morning person. She figured it out and I had my late check out.

Holiday Inn Houston
this hotel was nice, clean and staff was friendly. Breakfast was soso. The cheese omlets had been sitting to long and was touch and only the center was edible but everything else was good. It was close to a place we were visiting so location was good for us. Ac and shower both worked great, room was clean and we enjoyed our stay. I also took the girls to the pool and they enjoyed it. Plenty of parking in an enclosed fence, well lit. Great stay

The staff was phenomenal! I had a small panic after we checked in and i realized i forgot our orinted tockets. They printed for me n! Checkout was also fun and courteous. Ms. Cassandra was a joy to converse with!

Nice choice for a hotel stay
This hotel measures up to most of the good Holiday Inn hotels. It was fairly clean, the bed was comfortable, the fitness center was open and in good shape, and breakfast was very nice to start the day. It is a little on the noisy side being next to the freeway and another heavily travelled street, but all in all, I would stay here again if I was in the area.
