We booked a king-size bed, but upon arrival, we were given separate beds instead. When we raised this issue with the front desk, they rudely explained that they "have the right to change your reservation at any time" because we booked through Expedia. This explanation was unacceptable and felt like a complete disregard for customer satisfaction. The overall experience was awful, and the lack of accountability from the staff made it even worse. We will never be coming back here again, and I strongly advise others to avoid this place.
