Overall we enjoyed the stay. The room was nice, clean and quiet. The king size bed and pillows were great However I am taking 1 star from my review because the extra sofa bed wasn’t what we expected during booking. Don’t expect a bed prepared for your arrival for example in our case kids that were included in booking. You will get a folded mattress, some bedding and a very thin blanket and 1 extra pillow folded in the closet. Also breakfast staff should make sure there are always plates etc available for ALL guests without asking for it. Overall breakfast was a basics to please kids and keep them happy till lunch. We liked lots of restaurants close by and access to red line train we took to NRG stadium and museums.

Great stay. Really my only complaint is with the breakfast. It's the same as you can get at any hotel and just because you place is in La Cruscet pots and pans isn't reimagining it. I miss the days when there was a real breakfast at a hotel.

Run don’t book at this location

No pool no free parking they don’t offer to help bring your luggage in p your room or even have carts when u get the free breakfast provided with your stay they have 4 men who stand there watching as if we are going to steal the food horrible location don’t sty there save your money !! The manager I think her name aaa Tanisha was AMAZing she did the best she could to help make our stay better
