Enjoyed the spacious and spotless room, bed super comfortable and really nice bathroom. I appreciated all the amenities, from the rich breakfast to the evening menu at the onsite restaurant, nevertheless the free shuttle. Staff always courteous.

I am extremely disappointed with our experience at this hotel. I booked and fully paid for a room for my 20-year-old son, who had driven 6 hours to attend his first Comic Con. Nowhere during the booking process was it made clear that guests must be 21 to check in. When he arrived, he was turned away at the front desk solely because he is 20. No flexibility, no real effort to help, and no concern for the fact that he had traveled such a long distance and had nowhere else to stay. I was 7 hours away and left scrambling at the last minute to find alternative accommodations. Age policies should be clearly disclosed upfront before taking someone’s payment. Turning away a paid guest at check-in — especially after a long drive — is unacceptable and incredibly stressful. I would strongly recommend that future guests confirm age requirements directly with the hotel before booking.
