The bed was the best bed I think I have ever slept in! The pillows were amazing too. I frequently have back, hip & sciatica pain, so a soft bed is best for me to get a good night's sleep. This bed..... I want one for at home!
The only complaint that I have is there was a constant, high-pitched sound that we heard almost the entire time. We were there for a concert, so didn't come back to our apartment until pretty late, & I did not hear it then. Prior to returning though, we did go to our friend's apartment on the 10th floor to hang out. I heard the same high-pitched sound in their room too. I'm thinking it had to do with people using water, maybe? I finally got used to it, but my husband found it to be annoying. Also, the coffee pods were not replenished in our apartment, so Sunday morning I went without coffee. My husband went downstairs & got some of the complimentary coffee, but when I went to get some, I couldn't get the machine to work right, I guess, because I only got a half of a cup & it did not taste good.
