If I could give this establishment zero stars, I would. On August 7, 2024, I arrived in Houston and, after finding appealing photos online, called this hotel to confirm everything was in order. I was assured that everything was fine, but my experience quickly turned into a nightmare.
When I arrived on August 8, I was told the hotel had no running water, but since other hotels were fully booked, I had no choice but to stay. The room was filthy—reeking of drugs, with a dirty microwave. Worse, there was water on the floor, which the staff ignored until I pointed out the hazard. To my shock, I later learned that the associate who was supposed to be helping other guests had entered my room without permission.
The so-called "continental breakfast" was nonexistent, and the promised amenities were nowhere to be found. Despite all these issues, the hotel refused to refund my money or return my deposit, even after they eventually kicked everyone out due to the water issue. They even mishandled my belongings, leaving me to wonder if my room was accessed by unauthorized people.
This experience was appalling, and I strongly advise against staying here.
