The hotel was nice, but no dining at this big hotel, and the only food nearby, was at the sizable Marriot (partner hotel) next door. All they had was what they called a "bistro" that served a few drinks and a few food items and took your money. We ordered a cobb salad and a burger. The guy put gloves on, picked up a little set of tongs, turned around and made the tiniest salad, plucking items from bins there at the bar. Then hearing someone at the cash register next to us, turned around, took the customer's money and served us the "child sized" bowl. Our burger was small and a bit rubber-like. The fries were really great, but the whole experience was akin to a school cafeteria except small. It was baffling that between these 2 very large airport hotels, this is all they could offer other than a morning breakfast bar. There was nothing else within a decent walking distance.

Did a quick notice reservation the morning before my stay after I found out hurricane weather was going to delay my cruise return and I’d have to rearrange my flight to the next day. Got dropped off at the airport and stood across the sidewalk where the hotel shuttle person flagged us down and let us know he was there for Springhill which is great because we had no idea where to be standing. Easy 15-20 minute ride away and we were checked into a nice suite that a separate bathroom and shower area and an office desk with plenty space. There was food in the area but I had to hit my favorite Texas wing place pluckers (but that’s a whole other review). We went outside later and chilled by the pool deciding to go for a swim because it was warm outside. That turned out to be our only mistake because the water was so cold at night it felt like we were reenacting the titanic movie. Woke up the next morning to a decent complimentary breakfast and took an easy shuttle to the airport. All and all great experience there!

The hotel staff were very friendly. They quickly resolved an issue we had with our key card. We had an issue with the shower not working. It was late so we just went to bed. We did say anything to staff.

This was a nice property prior to our Royal Caribbean cruise. The room was really clean and a great price. The staff was really helpful. There is food nearby walking distance.

Very friendly staff at front desk and at breakfast. Decent free breakfast buffet. Housekeeping does excellent job with room cleanliness. Physical facility and bathroom fixtures a bit dated and worn. Great location near airport. Overall an excellent value. Tip: For an evening drink, the lobby and outside patio area at the Couryard Marriot next door (sister property) is a much more comfortable setting than the bar area in this hotel.

Clean. Very friendly staff. Only point that I was alittle taken aback was a $40 incidental fee per day. Not sure why that was necessary or simply included in the initial cost. I can understand a hold charge in the event of damage where you are refunded. Just seemed alittle extra for no reason. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay!
