We chose this hotel for the pool with 4 children. The pool was locked up. Upon request, it was unlocked after an hour wait. We did not go in because it was filthy dirty.

It does not have Kitchen (I used kitchen filter and they showed me this property). They only have microwave and a refrigerator. We specifically book for room with kitchen as we don’t feed our baby outside food. In bathroom water was coming out of all outlets (main faucet, shower and handheld shower) all at once. So water would fall on the head even if we just want to wash legs. Door was not locking from the OUTSIDE. Staff was not at all cooperative. They insisted us to stay inside until their service person comes in at 10 AM (we had a slot booked at NASA for 9 AM). Luckily someone from the hotel came to help and it was resolved. On the final day water stopped right during shower. Everything that could go bad went bad. I would not stay here again.

The shower had a leak, l report the problem the day l arrive,no one seem to care about my claim,the nexy day l had to go to front desk and tell tnem again,somo of the carpet by hall is dirty also outside elevator area,pool was close they didnt tell us before we book the stay,bad experience.

Good experience despite trying circumstances
We actually got stuck during Hurricane Beryl. The night before it hit, the service was excellent and room was comfortable and everything fine. Once the hurricane landed we lost power and toilets. Through it all the staff was so kind and helpful. We made do. I can’t say enough about the patience and helpfulness of staff, especially as some guests became panicky or rude. The hotel was pretty damaged as was property around it. The roof partially tore off. We still felt safe and informed.

The property was good. I checked in late about 7pm and when I got to my room it smelled as if someone had just smoked a cigarette in the room right before I entered. The windows didnt open. I called the front desk and got no answer. I was tired from a busy day and didnt want to deal with figuring out a new room and just delt with it. The bed and pillows were strong with smoke. The next day i tlaked to the front desk, nothing was done. I did ask for new pillows which they said they did not have. Lukcy for me it was only 2 nights there. The hotel was nice and clean and right by a great restaurant and bar. I would stay again but plan on being there ealier so I can get a non smelling non smoking room.
