The WORSE experience I’ve ever encountered! DO NOT BOOK THIS HOME! Frank was very unprofessional from the start! The description of the home is a LIE for starters! It’s shows 6 beds, however it is actually 5. Once we arrived to the house, there were dogs running out of the gate! The house was trashed on the outside with beer bottles, trash cans overfilled & blinds were broken seeing inside the home! Upon arrival being that Frank never sent me details on how to access the home, this man told me that he thought that I cancelled my registration days prior! I never spoke with him!! He then tried to proceed to convince me to cancel it through the app which would have resulted in me losing my deposit and forfeited the house fee! SMARTER THAN THAT! He then told me that the house was occupied by someone else! Once we hung up he immediately cancelled the reservation on his end! Never called back as he said he would have to try to accommodate us!! Traveling all the way from Nashville to Houston with no where to stay and having to find something quick at 8:00 at night to accommodate 6 women is INSANE! I hope that this home gets removed from booking all together! Terrible home, terrible neighborhood, terrible HOST! YOUVE BEEN WARNED!!!

The house was disgusting! The yard was unkept! Slim was stopped up! Hair in the showers! Bedding was dirty! Trash can was terribly dirty!
