Overall we liked our stay here. The property was nice and clean. The room was spacious. The hotel fitness center was small, but had all of the basics. The only aspect we did not particularly like was the parking. The only option on-site was valet, for a hefty price of $40/night. Wish there was a self park option or other nearby parking options for less.

It was nice, pleasant stay with nice amenities. Some work needs to be done on infrastructure, but I believe they’re working on renovations so I can’t be too critical. Otherwise everything was fantastic.

I absolutely hated this hotel experience. For a price point of nearly $200/night, I expected a lot better. The floors were visibly unswept, that’s a clear indication that they were neither mopped. My Clorox wipes were the dirtiest they’d ever been from cleaning any hotel we’ve ever stayed at. The icing on the cake was finding two small roaches in our room. This was such a subpar experience! I will never stay at this hotel or its affiliates ever again!

Upon arrival to my room there was a half smoked cigarette just sitting on the Kleenex box. Smelled bad in the room, and it was dirty, not to mention the small Cockroaches. Then I go out for the evening only to come back to my room and IT WAS STRAIT OPEN. Like it couldn’t latch correctly The whole place smelled like weed and the “manager” on duty was I’m pretty sure high as all get out with the guys hanging out in the lobby at 2am, when I told her about the problem with room, the door latch ect, she was to out of it to even talk- just kept saying do you need security? Umm no- I’m fine but I hope all my items are here and not stolen??! Not safe. Did nothing about the problem. Then 2 days later I get a large amount of charges that was never explained nor anything I paid for? idk what vip treatment I was suppose to have but that’s a big negative. Also pool looks nothing like the photos and is run down

Parking was a little pricey. 1003 room are spacious and clean, but a little dated.. Tv’s needs to be upGrade. We wasn’t able to watch any Apps such as Netflix or Peacock. The toilet in the bathroom ran non-stop.
