If I ever again have to stay in Downtown Houston for any reason it will definitely be WHITEHALL Houston, friendly staff, cleanliness, safety and a very comfortable stay!!

We really enjoyed the concierge drop off and pick up service to the downtown steakhouse. Staff was friendly and helpful. Are in the bar twice both times delicious and amazing drinks. Property could use some refreshing showing a little wear and tare. Traffic on highway side audible all night long but able to block out with white noise. Stayed in two different rooms at beginning of trip and came back at end of trip for night before flying out. Pillows on the beds are top notch!

Upon entering the building it was a beautiful property! My favorite part was the amenities (on-site restaurants, pool area, fitness room) also beautiful artwork on the walls! The front desk staff was great as well! My only not so positive remark would be that the room was a lot smaller than I imagined, the bathroom (although nice) was pretty tiny as well, and the furniture definitely needs an upgrade. The valet staff could also be more attentive during their slow periods as they were sitting in a corner next to the door and still didn’t notice whenever I drove up or was ready to pick up my car. Other than that, the stay was fine and I would definitely return.

The Front Desk Staff was ugly and rude. Definitely a rude awakening that I was in Houston. The bathroom in my hotel room was sub par and tiny. The gym here is laughable. The only positive vibe here was the restaurant for breakfast. Other than that I would pass on staying here again.

Poor experience at such a reputable hotel in Houston. Firstly front desk lady is super rude, rolled her eyes at me when I mistakenly booked an accessible room. Not accommodating for the most part. Hotels don’t have fridges inside the room, have to request a whole fridge to be delivered. You have to also pay for housekeeping as it’s not included apparently. Very strange hotel policies will not be staying there again!

My stay was good. The hotel had a nice greeting/gift in our room for my wifes birthday celebration. I think they are way over priced. It can take a while to ride in the elevator if they are slightly even busy. My buddy and his wife also stayed here. They got double charged, and their AC in the room was very loud preventing them from getting any sleep. Not sure why they didn't call down about it, but their experience was not like mine. Our room was quiet, cold, and comfortable. Shower is a bit small, and the temperature doesn't get as hot as i would like it. Overall it was a great night for us. Thank you
