The rooms are very comfy. I liked the size of the room. I booked a room for 3 nights for my wife and 2 kids and me. What I didn’t like was the shower’s water pressure. I’ve been to 3rd world countries with a much better water flow. When I booked this room, it’s very important for me to book a hotel with free breakfast. Well on the first day of breakfast, we were met with a staff member telling us that breakfast was not included and we would have to pay. He checked us off on a list. This was around 0720. After 0800, the staff monitoring the people going to breakfast left and anybody that showed up just ate breakfast without having to be checked off a list. On the 2nd day of breakfast, the staff that prepared the hot breakfast did not show up so only cereal and toast was served. We skipped breakfast at the hotel that day. It’s ok to charge for breakfast if it’s properly noted in the website. What this hotel did was a deceptive practice. Before the hotel comes up with excuses, my nephew stayed in the hotel just a floor above us and on his first day of breakfast at 0630, there was no staff monitoring the people going into breakfast. On his second day he went after 0800 and there was no staff monitoring the people going to breakfast so he was no charged for it. This practice is very inconsistent. We will never return to this hotel ever again. I suggest you call the hotel first to confirm if breakfast is included with the stay.

The property is new and going through a rebranding (from Best Western Premier to Wyndham Garden). There's nothing wrong with the building or the rooms. Everything is new and clean and comfortable.

I came in from out of town with an animal I had to give away. They were very accommodating for letting me keep my med-large animal there. The housing keeping crew could be a little better. Not sure if they have a schedule for cleaning the room but they came by at inconvenient/ inconsistent times. When no one was in the room I expected to come back to a clean room. That was not the case. I didn’t mind cleaning up behind my family, just expected a bit more help. I had to continually ask for more towels. When we got to the room there was only 2. The overall stay was nice I liked the aesthetic of the hotel. Staff was very friendly. Only complaint is the house keeping crew. Other than that I would book again!

I booked this hotel as we had stayed here before and had a pleasant experience. The first thing we were told upon arrival was that breakfast was not included I explained that the booking included free breakfast but they said its their new policy as of last week. When I went to look up a booking that same night, their website still advertised free breakfast. Then we got to the room and went to pull out the mattress from the couch which was bolted down with plywood. We asked that the room be changed as we needed a pull out bed. The second room we went to had stains all over the pull out mattress and underneath it was garbage which I could tell was not cleaned in a long time. They apologized for the inconvenience and checked us into the 3rd room of the night (after arriving around 11pm we were exhausted and just wanted to sleep). That room's ac was not working. When we woke up the next day our clothes were damp from the humidity in the room (due to the ac not working). When I ask for the room to be changed, they said that we changed 3 rooms already, as if the previous room changes were somehow our fault. They sent maintenance to fix the ac, but when he too confirmed the room was not cooling, and we even found mold in the bathroom, he himself went to the front desk and recommended our room to be changed. We ended up finally being checked into a decent room but in my opinion too little too late! Will not book here again.
