The property was dirty. Our room had old food left from another resident, the lien wasn't changed, and hair in the sink. I had to go downstairs and there wasn't any available rooms. The next morning there was no clean towels! I will never stay here again. I wouldn't recommend this property to anyone!! Horrible experience!

We had 2 rooms one was fine the second had several problems. The bed had a big sunk in hole in it. The bath tub was clogged and the ac did not work. We told front desk and they refused to do anything. Said the hotel was full and did not send anyone to fix the problems.

Very bad customer service. My reservation was cancelled for no reason. I came into town late and tried calling just to notify them that i am in town. They will pick up the phone and put me on hold and never get back. By the time i made it to the hotel, they told me that my reservation is cancelled. Supervisor on duty was so rude. He bluntly told me that my reservation is cancelled and cant get me another room. I had to go searching for where to lay my head with my family at 2am. I will never stay there again.

The room was really comfortable, spacious, had plenty of outlets for charging, good breakfast. The only negative, was when I first arrived the room was not ready for a 3:00pm check in which lead to our planned events being cancelled because we had no place to get ready for it.

Roaches on 3rd floor
Originally was assigned to the 3rd floor. Was laying in bed and a roach started crawling up my shirt. I went down to change rooms and when i get back up my boyfriend had killed 2 more roaches.....
