Complete resort access to all of the amenities that Mariner's Landing offers; pools, beaches, boats, restaurants, a food truck, wine bar, pickleball, gym, playground, volleyball, 18-hole golf course, and much more!

Come as you are! We provide beach chairs, games, rackets, and balls.

You will have access to the entire condo as well as the entire Mariners Landing Resort property. Your resort fees are 100% included in your nightly rate.

Thanksgiving at SML
Very clean, modern and comfortable place. Had a great get together for Thanksgiving. Well stocked kitchen made cooking a turkey dinner possible. Enjoyed hanging out, golfing and hiking. Will come back in warmer temps to enjoy water sports. Appreciate Adam and Kerry's quick response on questions.
