The hotel staff have been outstanding in looking after myself as a single traveller. They have been warm, professional and I have really enjoyed my stay. I love the way the towels are made on the bed.The breakfast has been great.One for the future.

The hotel is excellent. The room is clean, spacious and looks like newly renovated. Lots of eateries are near by. Tho and Hanna are fantastic and very helpful. I definitely recommend to stay at this hotel.

We loved staying at La Perle. The staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming. They worked hard to help us with all our needs. Hana and all the front reception staff were exceptional! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Hue

Exceptional in every way…

This hotel has the best hospitality in SE Asia! The front desk staff (Hannah and everyone) have 5 star hospitality skills. Our stay was short and they went out of thier way to make everything perfect for us. Arranged laundry, transportation back to Hoi An (which was cheaper than anywhere online), hiring of motorbikes and gave us great reccomendations of restaurants. The breakfast was simple but cooked to order and you could order multiple times. It was amazing. The rooms are very comfortable and immaculately clean. The location is central but very quiet. I felt that I wasn’t paying enough money to stay here. They have amazing reviews for a reason and I can’t see how anyone would be disappointed.

Staff were welcoming, informative and friendly. Breakfast selection though small was very yummy and they make it for you on the spot. The only thing is the location is in an alley so there isn't much of a view from the window.

First, let’s me say thank you to all the reviewers who took their times to review this hotel so that I could have an idea how good its before booking from the USA. Second, I was extremely impressed of how nice of the entire staffs upon our arrival. They offered us cold drinks right away when we just steeped inside of the building :). Mr. Dung, Ms. Thi, Ms. Hang, and others greeted us everyday with warmth smiles and always asked if we needed help with anything. My whole family were VERY happy with our staying in Hotel La Perle Hue. We will come back and stay in this hotel again and again if we get back to Vietnam, especially Hue in the future. Great service for a great price

You really can't beat this level of quality for the price. The rooms were basic, but very clean and included everything you need, and the service was exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Exceptional Staff

The room was okay along with the all you can eat breakfast. The staff was exceptional! Very helpful and made us feel welcomed. Did their best to make us feel at home. One morning we had a scheduled early start and they offered to open early for us to make breakfast to go. We enjoyed the sculptures they made from the towels. Only negative was the area in front of the hotel, across the lane was under construction.

The staff was super super friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was pretty good. The room was comfortable but the actual condition of the room could have been better--there was no hand soap and the sink was leaking. Location was very good, however just a tip the street that the hotel is on is very narrow so our taxi had a little trouble getting in! There's lots of nightlife and food options around.
