Really disappointed with my stay here, hotel looks stunning in pictures but it's very old and dated and the rooms need a lot of tlc. The bedding and pillows were stained. There was rubbish under the bed. The head board and chairs look like they've been around longer than me. The shower was the worst I've ever used and the tv is old with no option for any apps, which isn't ideal when you are from the UK. I booked a later bus to leave today and ended up just paying 5 times the price for a taxi as the pool was also out of service. I had originally booked this hotel with the plan to chill at the pool on my last day for a few hours before i left but this was not possible. Checking in was a bit awkward where you were asked to go sit down while they did what they had to do. Was also told to confirm the price I paid which was a bit odd. The walls are also paper thin so both days during my stay I was woken around 5.30-6am with guests talking or walking through the halls for breakfast. Location is also pretty poor, about 25-30 minute walk from centre. The concierge was lovely but other than that really poor experience. Was my 6th hotel that I've stayed in during this trip and was a real let down.

Very nice hotel with very good buffet style breakfast. There weren’t a lot of dining options in the immediate area but the staff gave excellent recommendations for restaurants that were a short taxi drive away. Quite close to the Imperial City as well.

Great stay nice room on 8th floor but could be a little noisy from footsteps above in restaurant. Food was nice and restaurant suited western tastes and offered knives and forks for us untrained with chop sticks.

Mondial Hotel Hue is a lovely hotel, and we enjoyed our stay very much. We are especially grateful for the help they provided when I suffered a medical episode and needed to go to hospital for several days - no ask was too big, they asked my partner about my health whenever they saw her, and they were very welcoming when I returned. Cannot recommend their service highly enough!

Very dated. Seems to be used solely for overnight bus bookings. Very big beds, looks much better in photos than in real life. Very large rooms and beds. Had a pleasant stay

The hotel is old. The bed was very hard and the bathroom ceiling had mold. On a good note, breakfasts were exceptional and staff very friendly. The hotel was also in a good location.

The place was very tired and the reception staff no welcoming. The rooms were okay but not worth the money. The dining room staff were so lovely and helpful so not all bad. I think that this place needs a revamp and it would be alot nicer.

Faultless accommodation for a visit to Hue
Modern hotel with TV, fridge, restaurant, wifi, ATM and very helpful and welcoming staff. Thank you to everyone at the door, reception, room and restaurant for a wonderful visit. A few minutes walk to the train station and to the river.

Hotel room wonderful. Large separate sitting area with large balcony. 1 1/2 bathrooms. Only BIG negative we were on 8th floor .. restaurant & bar on 9 ... NO INSULATION REALLY NOISEY. Our friends in room next to ours had to call 2 times to get them to stop noise.
