Our Happy Place

We have stayed at Caley about 12 times. Each time has been superb. The staff are all so friendly and welcoming, each time we return it is like coming home. We stayed in a beautiful room, newly refurbished B8. The bathroom was fab, super new shower. The food in the restaurant is excellent and the hotel is ideally located to drive to the nice spots nearby like Wells and Sheringham. It is a 20 minute walk into the centre of Hunstanton. Caley is just a wonderful Hotel and the only bad thing about our stay was leaving. We will be back soon.

Wonderful Hotel

This is a wonderful hotel. Check in was easy. Staff were helpful and friendly. We ate a delicious evening meal in the restaurant. Everywhere was fresh, clean and tidy. The cintemporary superior room had a comfy, king size bed and armchairs. The bathroom, toiletries and facilities were great. Breakfast covered all tastes and did not disappoint. We would definitely recommend and wouldn't hesitate to return.

Fantastic Place to Stay

We have stayed at the Caley several times and it is always a pleasure to spend time there. The hotel is immaculate in all areas. The staff are very friendly and always polite. We had a superior double room and the decor was very nice. Pkently of space and so quiet. The breakfasts we had were amazing, quality ingredients and cooked to perfection The Caley never fails to impress us

Great stay visiting family in the area. Very comfortable and quiet room, spacious and really nicely decorated. Lots of parking. We had supper there and the food was good, breakfast was also good and the staff were lovely and so friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back next time we’re in the area!

Really lovely & comfortable stay

Booked one night in a two room family suite. It was extremely clean and comfortable and the staff were very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was a good selection hot and cold buffet, the children enjoyed chocolate spread as well as sausages. Each bedroom had a TV so my husband and I could chill out in a bit of piece. We are thinking of returning without the kids at some point as the courtyard bar seating with garland lighting looked a beautiful place to relax with a drink before bed (but with kids, that wasn't an option this time!) Restaurant menu looked very interesting, but again, due to kids, we opted to pop out for fish and chips, the hotel location was a short drive from the main features of Hunstanton.

Very nice property in a great location, staff were excellent. Room was nice, the facilities were good, bed was comfy but the only minor things, was that the chairs are beginning to look tired and faded plus the bathroom needs a refresh as well, would have preferred a walk in shower rather than a shower/bath combo

Great find!

Really lovely, well kept hotel. We went for a "luxury room" (allocated room H1) and the bathroom was amazing and huge with a big bath and large walk in shower. The super king bed was comfortable, although could have done with some firmer pillows but I know that's personal preference. The description did say there would be a double sofa in the room, which there wasn't. But there were two arm chairs. Plenty of free parking for guests and there were a few restaurants in walking distance. Only took us 5-10 mins to walk to the beach. We did find that the menu provided in the information pack in the room was outdated and it was a completely different menu currently, and as there wasn't anything we fancied, we ate off site. But we had our breakfast in the hotel restaurant and it was spot on, really lovely. Staff were all really lovely and friendly. Grounds were immaculate and so we're all areas of the hotel. One negative we had was that right outside our window there was an area where dogs that seemed to belong to the owners were. And there were at least 4 of them and they were quite noisy at times and were barking anytime we went in or out or room, and at various times when they were let outside. They were quiet at night though to be fair. The annoying thing is we didn't bring our own dogs as we thought they maybe noisey and disturb people! We would definitely return if the occasion arrises. Worth noting that check in is from 4pm rather than the 3pm stated on here.
