Welcome to our spectacular and spacious (410m2) 6-bedroom, 3-bathroom, 3-lounge home on Lake Hood's canal. It features its own private jetty, making it a perfect retreat for families or groups. A brief stroll away is the popular Lake House Bar and Restaurant.

The large kitchen overlooks the first living area, including the dining space, heated by a log burner and heat pump for all-year comfort. A separate living area alongside features a cosy gas fireplace. Both rooms fully open to the outdoors via bi-fold doors to the lawn, flowing down to the jetty and canal. With all-day sun, you can relax and watch the kids swim and kayak from the spacious decking and seating area or pull your boat or jet ski up directly outside the home.

The third living space is set up as a theatre room. Additionally, there is a laundry, main bathroom, and two double bedrooms on the main lower floor.

Upstairs, the master bedroom has a large walk-in wardrobe and a spacious ensuite with a spa bath and double-tiled shower. Three further bedrooms are served by another upstairs bathroom and a separate toilet.

To enhance your lake experience, we provide 2 complimentary kayaks that can be launched directly from our inviting rear lawn or jetty into the canals.

During your stay, our multilingual online virtual host, proficient in over 200 languages, is available 24/7 for property information. A local property manager is also available for support if needed, ensuring your comfort and satisfaction.

Please note this is self-catering accommodation. We provide initial supplies like toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo/conditioner, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher detergent/tablets, tea towels, dishcloth, bin liners, and laundry powder/liquid to get you started. Bedding and towels are provided; however, we recommend bringing your own beach towels for added convenience.

A refundable security deposit is required upon booking to cover any potential damages or additional cleaning fees. The deposit will be refunded after your stay, provided no damages or extra cleaning are necessary.

No visitors or gatherings are allowed. Only booked guests may enjoy the property. Exterior security cameras are in place, and the garage is not accessible to guests.
