Whether you’re in town for business or leisure, our property offers an ideal home base for your travels! This is a 3-bdrm, 1 and 1/2 bath rental. The home features a fully kitchen stocked with all cooking essentials to enjoy a home cooked meal with the family. Centrally located just blocks from I64, this property is 9 minutes from downtown Huntington shops and restaurants. If you’re looking to spend time outside, we are just few blocks from a scenic walking trail overlooking the Ohio River.

Note: The attached garage and a supply closet in the home are not included in this listing. The rear of the property has a 1-bedroom garage apartment that's utilized for storage and for visiting out-of-town family.

There are motion-detecting security cameras facing the front and side door that capture images only. There is a Minut decibel & smoking sensor that monitors excessive noise levels and indoor smoking.

Cleanest House I Have Ever Stayed, Perfect.
The house was well organized, as everything was labeled and had instructions. It was pleasingly decorated, the beds were comfortable, and all towels and linens were new. We felt safe and we enjoyed our stay in Huntington.

Our stay was wonderful again. This is our second time staying at the house. She had it decorated for fall so nice. The small touches that she has in the house is awesome. The beds are so nice and comfortable. The house is clean. The towels are great. She even has shampoo, conditioner and body wash. It’s the small touches that make this a wonderful place to stay. We will be staying a lot over the next 4 years our daughter is at Marshall.

Another great stay!
This was our second opportunity to stay at this location, and everything was just as clean, comfortable and convenient as it was the first time! The host reached out before and during our stay just to make sure everything was alright. The beds are comfortable, the towels in the bathroom are fantastic, and while we didn’t use the kitchen much this trip, it is stocked with most things you might want or need. Add to all of the above that it was an easy 10-minute drive to downtown Huntington and the university activities, it made for an excellent weekend stay!!

Really enjoyed our stay for Marshall University graduation weekend. Lots of nice touches and thoughtful amenities in house, comfortable beds and thick, soft towels in the bath. All our family members who stayed had nothing but positive comments. Pretty quiet neighborhood, but there is a train that comes nearby during the night, although not close enough to be jarring. I just tend to be a light sleeper. Had to drive about 10 minutes to get to all the graduation activities and restaurants, but easy drive and lots of parking downtown. Highly recommended!!

Debra's home is relaxing, and clean, and makes you feel right at home. When I first walked in, it felt more like coming home than being in a rental home. We had everything we needed from the moment we were there until we left. The beds are very comfortable. The check-in process was extremely easy. I recommend staying here while in Huntington. This house was exactly how it was pictured, clean, adorable and the owner/host was very responsive and available if needed. The house had everything you could need and very close to stores if you would need anything else. Wi-Fi was amazing and worked well for a online call.
